In phenomenal, very few leaders are honored as zonal top to lead their zone, to guide their people to be in the Mainstream of Phenomenal. All Zonal tops are leaders but all leaders are not Zonal Top. So what is the specialty for being a Zonal Top. The honor is basically conferred upon all round performance where his honesty, devotion, dedication, loyalty to Company & over & above finest leadership aspects are closely monitored by Management over the Years. Mr.K.O.Raphael: born on 20th October 1949 in Kerala, Mr.K.O.Raphael was the youngest son of Kavalakkat Ouseph and Mariyam. He was very much obedient, calm and quiet with a perfect stint for decision making from his childhood. After completion of basic studies owing to family’s financial need he engaged himself in different jobs and finally he opted to work for M/s.Madura Coats India in the year 1979. But the man with high ambition and long vision was in search of something extra. |

In 1991 he came to know about Phenomenal from one of his very close relative. In the beginning he tool almost 2 years time to understand the policy and philosophy of the company. Finally in the year 1993 he took voluntary retirement from Madura Coats and entered in to Pheno arena wholeheartedly. Initial 5-6 years, the experience of working in the company was not very much satisfactory but Mr. Raphael kept his fighting continued. With relentless and untiring effort he started to spark from the year 1999. From then he never looked back and created history one after another. Till 1999, there were only 2 branches namely Chalakudy and Ernakulam under him but later on within next 6 years he had been able to create another new 4 branches i.e. Aleppey, Palakkad, Perinthilmanna and Thissur. branches always. As a result in the last 3 financial years he is considered as the most dominant zonal top among all clearly miles ahead of others. A special characteristic of Mr. Raphael is, always he is very much updated and upgraded about his 6000 field staffs details of performance. Earlier he used to keep all the records manually but few years back company has provided one laptop for keeping records and maintaining in relatively faster and easier manner. Following the company’s planning toto he has been able to establish successfully the programme of weekly meeting and monthly meeting round the clock where he is meeting, guiding and nurturing his team members towards meaningful direction.
In these 16 years the biggest achievement of him is definitely the difference of earning. His present monthly income is more than 2 lacs. As compared to Rs.400/- which he got first time. Now, slowly and steadily he is trying to cover Kerala with a planning to open few more branches. Very surprisingly he could not bag the topper’s Trophy for once for himself but he begets enough satisfaction as his team members had been able to achieve all the topper’s trophies for 2 consecutive years- an amazing and perhaps unbreakable feat indeed. The trophy which he bagged for last 2 years for Top of the Zonal tops were very much special, satisfying, memorable as well as unforgettable experience.
Enjoying all the available comforts and luxuries of life at right age. His biggest contribution towards Phenomenal is he has associated his 2 sons Mr. Benoy & Mr. Bitto in the company and managing themselves with utmost care to be able to hold Pheno flag high in the future. Secret of success to Mr. Raphael is a blending of devotion and dedication at the highest level as he reminds every time. Sitting in the 15th rank now what is his dream and desire for which he is working for. Let’s hear from his own mouth “I want to increase my income from Rs.2 lacs to Rs. 5 lacs as well as I do cherish my other fellow colleagues should achieve in the life more than I did”. |

Born on 21st November, 1971, Joseph was grown up in Mumbai. After completion of basic academics he tried his luck by engaging himself as a mechanic in a Auto Garrage at the age of 13 with an intention for earning at early age & an impeccable passion for automobiles. |

After serving there for 6 yrs the child was not very much satisfied perhaps he was searching for more. In the year 1990 suddenly the opportunity knocked at his door. He heard the nature of activities of newborn Phenomenal from somebody & joined immediately with immense interest with an intention to fulfill all his dreams. All on a sudden the equation changed changed a bit owing to sudden demise of his father. Being the only son of his mother he had to accept the responsibility of meeting up entire family expenses on his own. Real war starts from now. Beside a little bit work in Mumbai he had chosen Marathwada as his principal working area. Joseph is enjoying a very happy & peaceful family life.Inspite of not being the son of the soil gradually he started to rule over Latur, Parli, Kalamb, osmanabad etc & in the end of 16 yrs he has created as many as 16 branches & around 7500 field staffs are working in his team. |

In the course of long 16yrs journey gradually he became stronger & stronger after crossing plenty of obstacles successfully. Nevertheless with mother, wife Nixie, one son & two beautiful daughters.Turning back to Phenomenal again, apart from his mother tongue Malayalam he has improved access over the years in Hindi & Marathi for hassle free communication. Every month he is traveling not less than 3000 kms within 15-20 days to supervise the smooth functioning of his work, meeting his team members, solving their problems & steering them towards a better direction. Thus, hardworking is synonym to Joseph Lazar. In these years he has achieved many feats-bagged topper’s trophy thrice along with Lifetime Achievement Award & took a big role for achieving around 10 topper’s trophies in his chain in 16 yrs. A race distinction of Joseph Lazar is he is the first Relationship.
Management staff who has completed the 16 tier career in only 36 yrs of age - unbelievable, incredible & unbreakable record indeed.
Besides visiting many places in India for attending conferences recently, he was named “The leader of the mission” for Company’s maiden foreign tour in Malaysia. Needless to say, other than feats & honour this big hearted big man has been able to achieve almost all the luxuries of life own furnished flat, 2 super luxury vehicles & in short everything. Today with no signs of containment what further he is aiming for? Admitting the whole hearted support from his wife & other family members which he got all along the Phenopath his humble saying “I want to increase my monthly earning from Rs 1 lac to Rs 2 lacs in least possible time & my ultimate desire is I want to be remembered as a true Pheno lover for rest of the life.” |

Mr. Prabhakar Mishra is one of the most important personality of Phenomenal since 1992. Son of Shri. Raj Narayan Mishra and Smt. Kewala R. Mishra, Mr. Mishra came to Mumbai at a very small age. |

As Mumbai is known as the best workfield in India.Mr. Mishra also tried to mould himself as a real workaholic. After completion his graduation in Science wasting no time he joined in JEEVES EXPORTS with a monthly salary of Rs. 600. As he was not satisfied with the remuneration he was getting as he became hand to mouth then, he joined Phenomenal with an aspiration to do something really good for him & good for others. In the early days the situation was not very much rosy but as he got the responsibilities to lead Gujarat Zone he left no stone unturned and got success immediately. Before joining in Phenomenal on 16th April, 1986 he married Anila and get a life partner according to his expectation. Late on he became proud father of 3 children Paresh, Neha, & Sneha and giving them all the assistances to establish properly. In his personal life Mr. Mishra has able to achieve all needs in his life as he is having his own car, two houses, owner of two other small scale business and maintaining a comfortable life.
