| A TRIBUTE TO LATE HARESH ROY |

There is nothing permanent in this universe. Everybody has to say GOOD-BYE at a certain point of time. But any untimely demise gives us more pain & sorrow. Late Mr. Haresh Roy the Zonal Top of West-Bengal & Uttar Pradesh Zone has passed away on 18.01.2007 at the age of 51 only. Each & every member of Phenomenal are shocked & stunned by his sudden exit & most importantly everybody has experienced almost the same kind of incident within couple of years as Mr. D. N. Halder, the Senior most Leader in U.P. had also passed away in the year 2005.
It is very difficult to analyze the contribution & volume of success in short space, which has attained by Roy-Babu he was popularly known as. Joined in the year 1994, Roy- Babu came in the picture within a short time. After opening of Kolkata Branch, he immediately started stepping up to other area & states & able to create Siliguri & Lucknow Branch in U.P. From there he never looked back. Due to some changing scenario in the horizon of Indian Business & Trade, Roy – Babu also suffered with others. The extent of sufferings & pain of that time is beyond imagination. Despite all barriers & obstacles he never lost his hope & again stood up, started performing with more speed. As a result of that he created as many as 14 Branches throughout India extended even upto Port Blair (Andaman & Nicobar Island) till his death. In addition to that, he has left behind more than 8,000 followers who are still carrying his ideas & Philosophy.
As a mark of success, Roy-Babu had attained Topper’s Trophy Award as many as ….. times. To honour his leadership quality Management had conferred upon the honour of ZONAL TOP of West-Bengal & U.P in the year ….. At his personal level he had his own house, own vehicle & many other things which one cannot think within this short span of time.
If we look at his special characteristics which helped him to gain such a huge height i.e. (i) Simple nature, (ii) Friendly attitude with even a stranger. (iii) Supreme dedication & sacrifice & the last but not the least (iv) the exemplary love & faith towards Chairman & Company on the whole. He had proved himself as a true Phenoleader till his last breathe.
As a mark of respect, his followers paid a tearful Shraddhanjali on 7th March, 2007 in Calcutta where more than 400 field staffs were present on their own & not only that around 200 people were with Roy-Babu at his last journey really proves their enormous love & respect towards him.
Phenomenal is still with his grief stricken family & will be forever. Phenomenal salutes this great departed soul.
