On 17th of February 1974 he married a lady who always stood beside Mr. Thomas whose name is Clara Thomas. Later on he was blessed by God with two children Toicy and Tojo. Life was going on like others but all on a sudden due to some problem in the Company he was forced to leave job. From here Phenomenal enters in his life which he admits as his turning point. After joining in Phenomenal he had to struggle a lot in the early days and this phase continued at least for 6 years. During this period he could hardly be able to do something good for his family still he had farm belief & desire of success on him and on Phenomenal and eventually he grabbed success by all means. Few instances of his success leading a team comprising more than 5000 field staffs, Toppers’ Trophy winner for last 3 consecutive years, winner of Top of Area Tops Trophy and a present income of more than Rs.1,20,000/- per month. Now he is enjoying maximum comfort level having his own big bungalow, two big cars and a peaceful family life. At the age of 60 he is a role model to his follow workers for his tremendous hardwork and doubtless sincerity. As he reminds a memorable incident of life he describes once his cousin brother fell down in pond, then he escaped him from drowning. This childhood incident is the example of his helping attitude to others at any cost which is still very much in him.

In the year 1980 on 26th May, he married to Mrs. Parvati Mane from whom he had got all the encouragement, courage and inspiration throughout his life. He confesses her wife’s lion’s share in the course of his success in life.

Due to some limitations of working atmosphere in West Bengal he closed down his venture and joined in Phenomenal with an aspiration to fulfill all his dreams in life. In the year 1973 on 16th December he tied his knot with Smt. Ratna Bose whose inspiration has been a real asset in his life to win a no – win situation. Later on he was blessed by two daughters namely Supriya and Sulagna. Despite his wholeday hardwork still he managed time to think for his children education, culture and other well being. Despite at the age of 57 he works very hard like other young men because he believes the sense of youth comes from mind and not from age. Kakdwip, Bangaon, Port Blair, Contai and leading a huge no. of field staffs of more than 5000 and earlier Toppers’ Trophy winner are few of his successful career in Phenomenal.
With a monthly income of Rs. 30,000/- per month he is constantly searching some new areas to increase his income and set a target of Rs. 80,000/- per month minimum within short time. In the course of explaining the most memorable incident of his life he considers getting life time achievement Award from Hon’ble Chairman on topmost. According to him the meaning of lifetime achievement award means getting success throughout life for which he is continuously fighting with all his effort.

But Noor Alam stood rock solid with an intention of wining that do or die situation and succeeded eventually. Sin the meantime on 13th of April, 1999 he married to Smt. Jamila Khatoon whose encouragement, aspiration helped Mr. Alam to find the area of success. A dutiful father of one child Naziyat, Mr. Alam always thinks for proper nourishment and real development of his children inspite of his present hectic schedule and specially for his unfinished academic career. Earlier a Toppers’ Trophy winner and a leader of more than 3000 field staffs and leading 3 branches namely Siliguri, Darjeeling and Gangtok. Mr. Alam is now trying to establish himself and the Company in Bihar. The best part of his character is he is never satisfied man as he is always very keen and desperate to increase his present monthly income Rs. 25000 Mr. Noor Alam has got his own house, car & happy and healthy family with him. Achieving Pheno Excellence Award and Bolero of Mahindra from the Company are the most memorable incident of his life according to him. Each and every moment he shows his loyalty and gratitude towards Phenomenal for whatever he has been able to achieve in life giving him more and more strength to fulfill his remaining desires.

Despite all the adversities, he stood beside Mr. D.N.Halder & finally from 2002 he had been able to change his fate & needless to say that now he is flying high. Prior to join Phenomenal, he establishes a Medicine shop which is still running & at the same time beside all these he is engaged in many social activities. A dutiful father of four children, two sons – Om Shivaya & Satyam Shivam & two daughters namely Kumari Manjusha & Kumari Maya. All of them getting a good education. Most importantly, the elder son Om Shivay has already started sharing his father’s responsibilities in Phenomenal.

Mr. Maurya is enjoying an income of Rs. 50,000/- per month at present & guiding more than 5000 field staffs and leading 3 branches namely Gorakhpur, Deoria, Maharajganj. His short term planning includes income of minimum Rs. 2, 00,000/- per month, creation of minimum 10 branches and should be able to create a team of field staffs of more than 25,000 within the year 2009. As a mark of its success he is having his own house, a good vehicle, adequate area of land & over and above he has erected a beautiful Shiva Temple beside his house where he is doing Puja everyday. When he recollects the memorable incident linked with Phenomenal; very modestly he reminds the first meeting with Chairman at Taj Hotel, Lucknow in the year 1998 where Late D.N.Halder was present. This particular incident he considers as a turning point in his life.
At last , if we try to search his secret of success in Phenomenal i.e. (i) Undaunted faith and respect for Chairman Mr.N.K.Singh, (ii) Blind faith & love for his senior Late D.N.Halder, (iii)Ice-Cool head, (iv) Impartial justice to everybody and  (v0 God-Loving man.

He is a proud father of 6 children 5 daughters Nilam, Rachana, Ranjana, Antima & Anita & 1 son Kanhaiya. Mr. Tiwari has been able to nourish his children with proper care & has given good education to all of them. Initially Mr. Tiwari started his career as a simple vendor in the Railway platform – but his aspiration, his ambition, his wants didn’t allow him to continue to do. Eventually he joined in Phenomenal to fulfill all his dreams. Presently Mr. Tiwari is leading a team of 3000 field staffs, enjoying an income of Rs. 40,000/- per month, aiming an income of Rs. 1, 00,000/- per month within 6 months time.
She considers the born of his only son as the most memorable incident in his life. So this is the story of rising of a man from Railways vendor to Deputy Zonal Manager in Phenomenal.
